    Weight medicine is not a one-time prescription. The dose starts low and is increased gradually over several weeks — this is how side effects are kept manageable and how the right dose for your body is found.

    During this time your doctor reviews you about every three weeks to check how you're responding, manage any side effects, and decide the next dose.

    The membership covers these reviews, the dose adjustments, ongoing access to your doctor, your prescription refills, and guidance to protect your muscle as you lose weight.
