Frequently Asked Questions

  • Because the assessment is built to read the pattern — length, volume, pain, timing, and the symptoms that move with it — rather than to end the appointment. Common isn't the same as normal, and neither is a diagnosis; if your pattern warrants testing, we time it and run it.

  • Cycle hormones change by the day, so the same test can be meaningful on day 3 and meaningless on day 17. Your doctor schedules the right panel to your calendar — it's slower than a walk-in package, and it's the difference between an answer and a coin flip.

  • What our doctors do is read your pattern, run the right cycle-timed tests, and name what's happening — and where a diagnosis needs a scan or specialist confirmation, refer you quickly with your results in hand. Your doctor will discuss specific possibilities with you directly in the consult.

  • Hormonal conditions like PCOS are ongoing, not one-off.

    Treatment often takes three to six months to show its full effect, and your doctor adjusts it along the way based on how your cycles, skin or other symptoms respond.

    If you're on hormonal medication, it also needs regular checks — a yearly review of whether it's still the right option for you, and repeat blood tests where needed.

    The membership covers all of this: the reviews, the adjustments, ongoing access to your doctor, and your refills. It keeps your treatment working and safe, instead of being prescribed once and forgotten.

  • We do not offer focused fertility care.
