TERMS OF USE

WEBSITE-FIRST CONSENT
This document is designed to be linked from the HOUSE OF NOVV registration/queue page. No handwritten
signature is required under this workflow; participation proceeds only after an affirmative digital consent action
is recorded.
1. Operator and acceptance
HOUSE OF NOVV is operated by MEDIAID HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601004736), Colony @ The
MET, Mont Kiara, THE MET CLUB by Colony, A-10-02, Menara The Met, No. 20, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia ("MEDIAID", "NOVV", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms govern participation in the HOUSE OF NOVV in-person wellness activation. You accept these Terms by
ticking the required consent checkbox on the HOUSE OF NOVV digital registration/queue page and proceeding to
the screening. Your electronic acknowledgement may be recorded with the date/time, relevant consent wording or
document version, and associated registration/session details.
Participation is voluntary.
If you do not agree, do not tick the consent checkbox and do not proceed with the
screening.
2. What HOUSE OF NOVV may include
• A camera-based facial scan using third-party wellness technology, currently Shen.AI, to estimate selected
physiological/wellness markers.
• Body-composition measurement using a bioelectrical-impedance body-composition analyser.
• A short explanation of displayed results by a trained NOVV team member.
• For selected participants, a brief informational conversation with a NOVV doctor about general health context and
possible next steps.
• Information about NOVV's separate online assessments, consultations, laboratory pathways and health services.
3. The screening is not diagnostic
IMPORTANT - NON-DIAGNOSTIC USE
HOUSE OF NOVV results, including Shen.AI facial-scan outputs and body-composition outputs, are
screening/wellness estimates only.
They are not diagnostic data and must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, disease monitoring, prognosis, or to rule a medical condition in or out.
Camera-based measurements can be affected by lighting, movement, positioning, recent activity, caffeine, stress,
device performance, user characteristics and other factors. Body-composition estimates can vary with hydration,
food intake, exercise, menstrual status, time of day and other physiological factors. Results may therefore differ
from validated clinical measurements.
A normal or reassuring result does not guarantee that you are healthy or exclude disease. An unusual result does
not itself establish that you have a medical condition.
4. No full medical consultation at HOUSE OF NOVV
The activation screening is not a full medical consultation.
Any brief discussion with a NOVV doctor at the activation is limited, informational and does not replace a proper history, examination, validated measurements, laboratory testing or other investigations where clinically indicated.
No diagnosis or prescription should be made solely from the HOUSE OF NOVV screening.
If you later choose NOVV clinical care, you must enter the applicable NOVV online assessment and consultation pathway. Any clinical
decision is made separately through that pathway based on information considered appropriate by the treating doctor.
5. Emergencies and medical attention
HOUSE OF NOVV is not an emergency or urgent-care service. Never delay appropriate medical attention because of
a screening result. If you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, stroke-like symptoms, a severe
allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts or another emergency, seek emergency medical care immediately.
If a result appears unusual, NOVV may suggest a validated measurement or appropriate medical review. That
suggestion is precautionary and does not constitute a diagnosis.
6. Eligibility and safe participation
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and follow staff instructions. NOVV
may refuse, pause or stop a measurement where participation is technically unsuitable, unsafe or outside the
intended use of the equipment.
The core screening is intended for adults aged 18 years and above unless NOVV expressly implements an
appropriate parent/guardian process. Participants should disclose factors relevant to equipment safety, including
an implanted electronic medical device where relevant to the body-composition analyser's instructions for use.
7. Third-party technology
NOVV may use third-party hardware, software and service providers. Measurements may be unavailable,
interrupted, inaccurate or technically unsuccessful. NOVV does not warrant that every measurement will be
available or suitable for every participant.
Where Shen.AI is used, it is deployed by HOUSE OF NOVV only as a general-wellness screening technology and not
as a diagnostic medical device within this activation. Processing of personal data associated with the experience is
addressed in the HOUSE OF NOVV Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property and conduct
HOUSE OF NOVV branding, written materials, activation workflows, visual presentation and proprietary content
belong to NOVV/MEDIAID or their licensors. Participation does not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer,
reproduce or commercially exploit the experience or its systems.
You must not tamper with equipment, attempt to access administrative functions or confidential technical
information, or use the activation in a way that may harm another person, the venue, NOVV or a third party.
HOUSE OF NOVV may be photographed and filmed for NOVV's marketing and social media;
by entering, you acknowledge this, and if you prefer not to appear in identifiable content,
please tell our team and we will exclude or blur you — your screen results and health data are never filmed or published.
9. Limitation of responsibility
You acknowledge the inherent limitations of wellness-screening technology and agree not to rely on HOUSE OF
NOVV results as a substitute for appropriate professional medical care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEDIAID/NOVV is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on
non-diagnostic screening estimates, third-party interruption or technical failure, or failure to obtain appropriate
medical care. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded
or limited.
10. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with HOUSE OF NOVV is handled under the HOUSE OF NOVV Privacy Policy.
Health and physical-condition information may constitute sensitive personal data and is subject to the consent and
protections described there.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The version displayed or linked when you give electronic
consent applies to that participation. NOVV may update the Terms for legal, safety, technology or operational
reasons. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by
law.

DIGITAL CONSENT MECHANISM
REQUIRED CHECKBOX
Before the screening begins, the registration/queue page should require an unticked affirmative checkbox
substantially stating: "I have read and agree to the HOUSE OF NOVV Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. I
expressly consent to the processing of my health and physical data for the HOUSE OF NOVV screening. I
understand that the facial-scan and body-composition results are wellness estimates only, are not diagnostic
data, and do not constitute a medical consultation."
The participant must actively tick the checkbox before proceeding. NOVV should retain an appropriate electronic
record of the consent event, such as timestamp, participant/session identifier and the version of the Terms/Privacy
Policy or consent wording presented.
